✦ By ordering any work with me, you are agreeing to the terms of service. They are exposed on all my social media.
✦ Be aware that rude customers will not be answered.
✦ I work regularly from Monday to Friday, except on national holidays (BR) and weekends. Be aware that, despite all of this, unforeseen events can happen.
✦ The deadline for deliverying any work is at least one week. If there is urgency, it should be discussed in advance and will have an increase of 15% of the original amount.
✦ Payments must be made via paypal.
✦ There will be no payment refund after the work has been started.
✦ Major changes of the work can be made only while I am doing the sketch. When the work is in flat colors, only minor changes are allowed. When completed, changes will not be allowed.
✦ Very vibrant colors are subject to slight modifications given the style of my design. However, I will show you whenever I make any adjustments so that we can reach an agreement.
✦ I have the right to reject any kind of work that may harm my ideology, or being against any content that may be of a homophobic, racist, sexist nature and any content that spreads hate.
✦ I have the right to use the work done in order to be able to present or post it on any personal website or portfolio.
✦ The client has the right to publish the work in any kind of space or social medias, as long as they are always credited to me.
✦ The sale of the product for own profit is prohibited.
✦ Your art is exclusively yours, and will not be sold to other customers.
